Tommaso is the Director of Product Development of Drug Delivery Systems at Stevanato Group. In his 15+ years long career, he matured a comprehensive experience in the medical device and pharma industry, specializing in the development of in vitro diagnostic and drug delivery products with proven track record of creating and leading teams through the full product lifecycle from concept generation to commercialization.
He created partnerships with Italian universities and led programs with European research centres to bring cutting edge technologies into the market. He holds several patents and published research papers on international peer-reviewed journals.
Tommaso holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and worked as Visiting Scientist at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology on the development of Brain Machine Interfaces.

Manuela works as a Product Manager for Pen Injectors at Stevanato Group and she brings over a decade of expertise in the Parenteral Primary Packaging and Medtech sectors.
She conducts thorough analyses of new markets, growth areas, current trends, various customer segments, potential partnerships, and services. Through close collaboration with development teams, she guarantees bespoke solutions finely tuned to meet customer demands within the ever-evolving market environment.

Sara is a Human Factors Engineer at Stevanato Group and is currently leading all the workstreams on pen injectors in the Drug Delivery System unit. Prior to that, she worked for more than six years in Janssen (now Johnson & Johnson Innovate Medicine), leading Human Factors activities for several combination products targeting diverse markets including Japan. With a career that began in 2010, Sara has collected extensive experience across multiple domains, including automotive, aviation, and maritime transport, working in both corporate and consultancy settings. Sara holds a Master Degree in Organizational Psychology.
