Our cartridges are available in a ready-to-use (RTU) configuration. They are pre-washed, pre-siliconized and pre-sterilized, making them suitable for processing on both new and existing fill-and-finish lines. They are available in nest &tub or in tray configurations, according to the different manufacturing needs.

The cartridges systems comprise a glass barrel, a plunger and a lined cap (aluminum cap + lined rubber) or a vial crimp (aluminum cap + rubber stopper). Depending on the application and fill-finish process, the cartridges components vary in sizes, formulation, and design.
